Act 56: Taubman Opposes the Appeal

On January 24, 2002, Taubman submitted a brief in opposition to our motion for a stay pending our appeal of the preliminary injunction that ordered me to remove my TaubmanSucks site from the Web. Since much of their brief is a rehash of the same arguments that they presented to Judge Zatkoff in their brief of December 19, 2001, I'm not going to include a text version of the brief on these pages. (Also, the original brief went to Paul Levy, the attorney who's handling my appeal, and all I have is a fax copy of medium quality, which would be extremely difficult to process via OCR.)
