on the enclosure, must be on all documents submitted for filing in this case.
At this stage of the appeal, counsel for the appellant and
appellee must file certain initial forms with the Clerk's office by
1/8/02. The Clerk's office will serve only those attorneys who
identify themselves on the appearance form as lead counsel. If lead
counsel is not identified, the Clerk's office will designate counsel

If the appellant does not file forms timely or pay the filing fee,
the appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution without further
notice. If the appeal is dismissed, the default must be cured promptly
before the appeal is reinstated. If counsel for the appellee does not
file an appearance form, he or she will not receive a briefing schedule
or other important documents.
When transcript has been completed or the appellant notes on the
transcript order form that it is not necessary, the Clerk's office will
issue a briefing schedule.
