IV. CONCLUSION
For the reasons discussed above, Defendants' Expedited Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's
Complaint is DENIED; Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Due to a Lack of Personal Jurisdiction is
DENIED; Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue is DENIED; and Plaintiff's Expedited Motion to
Amend Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED:
1. Defendants are hereby RESTRAINED and ENJOINED from using websites on the
Internet with the following domain names:
- www.taubmansucks.com
- www.willowbendsucks.com
- www.willowbendmallsucks.com
- www.shopsatwillowbendsucks.com
- www.theshopsatwillowbendsucks.com
FURTHER, Defendants are ORDERED to remove the websites with the domain names:
- www.taubmansucks.com
- www.willowbendsucks.com
- www.willowbendmallsucks.com
- www.shopsatwillowbendsucks.com
- www.theshopsatwillowbendsucks.com
from the Internet.
2. This Order shall remain in effect until this matter can be heard on the merits.
