DECLARATION OF JULIE A. GREENBERG
I, Julie A. Greenberg, declare as follows:
I am an attorney and partner in the law firm of Gifford, Krass, Groh, Sprinkle,
Anderson & Citkowski, P.C., which represents Plaintiff The Taubman Company
Limited Partnerhip in the above-entitled action.
Defendants Webfeats and Henry Mishkoff have not filed an answer to the Complaint
within the time permitted by law and any extension thereof. Attached as Exhibit 1 is
a true and correct copy of the Affidavit of Service filed with this Court on September
26, 2001.
Defendants Webfeats and Henry Mishkoff are not infants, incompetent persons, or
persons in military service or otherwise exempted from default judgment under the
Solders' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Michigan that the
foregoing is true and correct.
